New Refurbished Showroom
We are very pleased to announce that we have invested in to our showroom. The showroom showcases a variety of lighting from traditional and modern outdoor lighting, bathroom and kitchen lighting and also a small selection of pendent lights that also incorporates L.E.D.
New Company Image
Along with the investment into the showroom we have also invested in new company uniform along with 2 new delivery vans, which includes new signage design, both to update the company image.
New Product Lines
Lighting
We have introduced a new range of DIMMABLE Fire Rated Integral LED downlights ORBIO 360, this fitting comes with a lot of key features that makes this a unique fitting and easier to install making it different from the others. This product comes with a 5yr warranty and with a filled in registration form which can be extended to 7yr.
With LED lighting moving so quickly T.E.P is constantly looking for the latest products. We are now introducing fluorescent tubes in LED, along with a small section of candle and gls lamps, this range is growing as the lamps become better.
We can also offer LED panels 600mm x 600mm or 1200mm x 600mm, these are to replace the standard modular fluorescent fittings and we are able to offer a 3/5yr warranty and branded control gear.
Panel Boards
Contactum have a new panel board range to compliment the 3 phase equipment that we already stock, the Panel board range starts at 250amp and goes all the way up to 800amp. Please ask for further details.
We will be soon stocking a new range of domestic metal consumer units to comply with the new regulations that come into effect very soon.

New Website
We are very pleased to announce a brand new website www.tepelectrical.com. The website is a picture based website to showcase products that are available. We will be looking to update and add more information to the site as we go.
New Staff
We welcome two new members of staff, Adam Freer with over 15 year’s experience will strengthen our sales team to provide the link to our customers, keeping them up to date with new product lines and providing competitive quotations. We have also taken on Gary Tervit to work in our stores. Gary brings experience of store work and has slotted in to a hard working team.
New Product Lines
Lighting
We have introduced a new range of Integral LED downlight, also dimmable. This is product that follows the same principals of the well known halers fitting, however the design is a more modern single chip LED and to look at you would not know it was LED.
We are also offering a range of under cabinet lights in LED to replace the halogen and fluorescent style.
With LED lighting moving so quickly TEP is constantly looking for the latest products. We are also researching dimming compatibility and working with our suppliers on the warranties they are offering to the market.
Induction lighting is also part of our range, with flood light lamps having average lamp life of 100,000hrs, this form of lighting is new to most, but has been popular in the US for some years and is ideal when flood lighting a large area from a height where LED would still be very expensive.
Ventilation
We now offer a silent range of extractor fans from Monsoon. Please ask any of our sales team for more information and advice on ventilation.
Accessories
We have brought a new range of economy switches and sockets into stock from Selectric. We felt we needed to run a more competitive range to make sure our customers still had a range of accessories that could compete with the Screwfix and Tool Stations of this world.
